Our Teacher Materials
These are lessons, games and plans created by our teachers and volunteers and shared with you, publicly, for your child's enrichment. We also use this as a one-stop curriculum shop, to share resources with each other. Feel free to print, use and share, but make sure you give credit where it's due!

01
Nature Hunt
This is a great PNW Plant hunt. We laminate our sheets for repeat use. We bring dry erase markers to check off what we find and to write words/letters/facts on the back of our laminate sheet, to increase literacy. Half of our words are in Klallam. Use the https://klallamlanguage.org/ website to hear it!
02
Heronswood Scavenger Hunt
Our staff worked with Heronswood gardeners to create an early Spring/Late Winter hunt for K-3. For older kids, you can have them draw features of a chosen plant and label them on the back of the hunt.
